Accounts
Sign-up is free for businesses and talent. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
Credits
Businesses buy credit packs: Basic (Rp100.000, 100 credits, valid 30 days), Plus (Rp250.000, 250 + 25 bonus credits, valid 3 months) and Premium (Rp500.000, 500 + 100 bonus credits, valid 12 months). Credits, including their bonus, expire at the end of the pack's validity period and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Buying a new pack (or Platinum) before credits expire rolls all remaining credits over to the new, later expiry date. The credits that expire soonest are always used first. Platinum (Rp1.000.000) gives 12 months of unlimited job posts and candidate messages with up to 5 jobs live (or in review) at the same time, plus 1 Instagram listing; a job beyond that limit uses normal credits, and the standard anti-spam limits that apply to every account still apply. Founding members (venues that joined a city's waitlist or created their account before the city launched) receive one free pack, credited to their wallet once on launch day and valid 3 months from that day: the first 100 venues per city get the Plus pack (275 bonus credits), later venues the Basic pack (100 bonus credits). Before a city's launch day, accounts can be set up but jobs cannot be posted, candidates cannot be messaged and credits cannot be bought or used. Nothing renews automatically. Credits are used to post jobs and to message candidates (20 credits per new conversation, refunded if the candidate declines or does not reply within 7 days). Credits for a job that is not approved are refunded in full, with their original expiry.
Job posts
Every job is reviewed before going live and stays live for 30 days. Jobs must be real, describe genuine pay and conditions, and must never ask candidates for money, deposits or fees. We may reject, remove or block jobs and accounts that break these rules.
Talent
Applying to a job shares your profile and CV with that venue; your phone number and email stay private unless you share them. Horecama.id never charges talent to apply.
Liability
Horecama.id connects businesses and candidates; employment agreements are between them. Report suspicious jobs from any job page, and suspicious messages from any conversation.
