Who we are
Horecama.id is a hospitality hiring platform in Indonesia. Contact privacy@horecama.id for any privacy request.
Data we collect
Business accounts: name, email, venue details (name, address, phone, Instagram, Google Maps link) and payment records. Talent accounts: name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email, optional LinkedIn), work history, skills, availability, salary expectations and an optional CV. Both: messages sent through Horecama.id Messages.
How talent data is shared
Employers can see a talent profile summary (roles, experience, area, skills, languages) only if the talent chose to be searchable. Phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn are never shown automatically: employers and talent communicate through Horecama.id Messages, and each side decides whether to reply and whether to share its own contact details. Phone numbers, emails and social links typed into messages are hidden automatically. The CV is shared with employers the talent applies to or replies to.
AI interview
Talent can take an optional AI interview: a chat plus five short voice recordings. Answers are processed by Anthropic's Claude to suggest a role category, level and language level. Employers who can see the profile may read the summary and listen to the recordings; areas to improve are visible only to the talent. Recordings and transcripts are deleted with the profile.
Legal basis
We process talent data on the basis of explicit consent recorded when the profile is created. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting the profile.
Your rights
You can access, correct, hide or delete your data. Talent can change visibility and delete their profile from the Privacy page; other requests go to privacy@horecama.id.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database and file storage), Hostinger (hosting), Xendit (payments), Ayrshare (social posting of job ads — never talent data) and Anthropic (Claude AI: drafting job captions, and — only when a talent starts the optional AI interview with explicit consent — conducting and assessing that interview).
Retention
Profiles are kept until deleted by the user. Messages are deleted together with the talent profile they belong to. Payment records are kept as required by Indonesian tax law.
